Everything you need to mount, wire, connect, and troubleshoot your RVP Supply LED grille badge.
CONNECTION FLOW
No handheld remote is included. Control the badge with the LED HUE app.
Connect the complete harness, power the badge, pair the app, and verify every section and color. Do not finish the grille installation until the badge passes this test.
START HERE
Most RVP Supply LED grille badges install with the included backplate, mounting hardware, Bluetooth controller, and plug-and-play harness. Access behind the grille varies by vehicle, so professional installation is recommended if you are not comfortable working around 12V wiring.
RVP Supply LED badges do not use 3M tape. The badge sits on the front of the grille and is secured from behind with the included backplate and bolt/screw system.
STEP 1
Use the connectors—not the purchase date—to identify your harness. Follow only the instructions for the version in your box.
Choose this path if the power lead ends in a fuse tap and your kit includes three fuse adapter styles.
Choose this path if the harness has metal ring terminals for the positive and negative 12V connections.
Use this walkthrough only for the older harness with fuse tap adapters.
STEP 2
Connect the harness to a suitable 12V fuse-box circuit and secure the ground wire to clean, bare chassis metal.
Connect the red ring to a 12V positive terminal or under-hood jump post. Connect the black ring to the negative terminal or a clean chassis ground.
Never tap the ECU, airbag, ABS, or other critical safety/control circuits. Keep all wiring away from fans, belts, exhaust heat, sharp edges, and pinch points. If you are unsure which connection is safe, stop and use a professional installer.
STEP 3
The badge sits on the front of the grille while the backplate supports it from behind. Confirm the placement and wire path before tightening anything.
Hold the badge against the grille and check that it sits flat and centered.
Make sure you can place the backplate and reach the hardware behind the grille.
Position the badge in front and the supplied backplate behind the grille.
Secure the included bolt/screw just enough to hold the badge firmly. Do not overtighten.
Follow a protected path toward the power source and secure loose wiring.
Power the badge, test the app, and verify operation before reinstalling trim or bumper pieces.
FITMENT NOTES
Badge shape and fitment vary by product. These notes explain typical grille access; always confirm the fitment listed on your product page.
Common location: Upper or lower grille.
The bumper does not always need to be removed. Upper-grille access can be tighter depending on the year and grille style, and removing trim or bumper components may make the installation easier.

Placement and mounting depend on the chosen location and grille style. Confirm rear access and wire routing before drilling or modifying anything.

Bumper or grille removal may be required depending on the year, trim, and access behind the grille. Test the badge and app before final mounting.
STEP 4
Turn on Bluetooth, open LED HUE, and select the device named SP110E. Long-press the device name if you want to rename it.
If the colors are wrong or the badge flickers, check these three settings first. The controller must have power before it can appear in the app.
If your badge uses a constant 12V source, it can remain powered while the vehicle is off. Use the app's power control when parking.
If the older fuse-tap harness uses an accessory/ignition circuit, the badge will normally power with that circuit.
PROTECTION
The badge is built for exterior use. Keep plug connections secure and avoid directing a pressure washer at wiring entry points.
Mount the module/controller in a dry, protected location. Do not assume the controller or open plug connections are waterproof.
Water damage to a non-waterproof module is not a manufacturer defect. Avoid direct spray, standing water, and low areas where water can collect.
QUICK FIXES
Open the controller settings and confirm RGB color order, WS2811 controller type, and 600 total pixels.
Make sure LED HUE is connected to SP110E, then verify RGB / WS2811 / 600. If the device never appears, confirm controller power and inspect it for damage.
